About us
Welcome to Grow NW, consummate specialists in sourcing, securing, and managing agile finance for ambitious and substantial development projects. With countless years of experience behind us, we are able to tailor bespoke packages to suit every client’s precise needs and every specific situation. We know finance. We know construction and development. That’s how we are uniquely poised to ensure the perfect, customised solution to financing each individual project or proposal.
Tailored High Value Development Finance
Unlike standard, one-size-fits-all financial products, we are able to work with banks and lenders to achieve the ideal outcome, regardless of the scope of the project. Somewhat uniquely, we are also able to manage the development, as evinced by our recent projects including the vast Project Vulcan, on which we collaborated with Assetz Capital, securing a deed of priority for our privately funded 100% of the LTC Development loan. Thus, we enabled lead contractor, McCrory Brickworks, to deliver a turnkey unit with an impressive square footage of 45,000 to the client.
Phase Two will see a further, and even larger, 75,000 sq. ft unit on the site. This is due to commence in Spring 2023. Again, 100% fully funded private development loan to the contractor negates constant program measures and valuations, which almost invariably delay staged drawdowns for some funders. Phase Two is due for handover Q1 2024.
Agile and dynamic funding
Such projects deftly illustrate the agile and dynamic full consultancy package we are proud and privileged to deliver for our client portfolio. Despite the sums and scales involved, we strive to acquire the most suitable and competitive professional Development Finance possible, with the wherewithal to utilise development finance, bridging finance, split funding, mezzanine finance or equity financing – even government grants where, in certain areas or spheres, these may be applicable.
Development Finance is typically provided by specialist lenders, banks, or financial institutions with extensive experience in the commercial property market and funding may vary for various stages of the development process, including land acquisition, planning permission, construction costs, and marketing. In order to secure appropriate development finance, Grow NW will consult from the outset, to provide detailed plans and projections for the proposed project.

The next phase of the larger 75,000 sq ft unit on the site is due to commence Spring 2023.
